When we put our house up for sale we had no doubt who we were turning to. Michael Barzilai was the first and only realtor we knew who would understand well what we needed.

Anyone who has been in the process of selling knows very well the feeling of how the house becomes a train station for people who are not always serious… who just want to understand how the house looks from the inside… who waste their time and don’t really have a budget. Those who also work with more than one realtor do not always get the best price for their property. Thorough, quiet and reliable work is of great importance.
In addition, a good realtor is the one who knows who the potential buyers for the property are, who understands how to mediate between the two parties in the sales process. who makes sure to navigate the process correctly so that both parties reach a good deal.
